1 ½ cups cooked wheat berries*
2 Tbsp.  softened &#38; chopped butter
1/2 cup cornmeal
½ tsp. sea salt
1 cup  milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Blueberries*

To cook wheat berries, combine in a ratio of 1 part berries: 2 parts water  and simmer 50 minutes.
