One Local Summer in the Monadnock Region

Hey fellow Monadnock localvores. I’m sorry I’m scarce, but I am in the middle of lambing and this is my busiest time of year.
There is a worldwide eat local challenge happening this summer. I played along last year, and it was easy and fun. You commit to eating only ONE meal a week, lunch or dinner, from your local area. Surely we are all doing more than that already, right? Let’s show people in our region that they can do it too.
